What Have I Done To Be A Healthy Individual?

This Term I have been a healthy individual by:
  1. Eating healthy food like bananas, apples, and grapes off the grapevine at home. I also eat carrots and silver beet. 
  2. Swimming at home.
  3. Running during fitness time.
  4. Eating Breakfast in the mornings, crumpets, toast, cornflakes and Ultra Grain.
  5. Drink water throughout the day so all through the day I will finish 1 bottle a day.
  6. Safety at all times e.g in a car seat belt, on a bike have a helmet on, suitable clothes depending on the weather.
